Happy Potturday
Scene- The Minuteman, late last night.
Syd Luckman and I are working the front desk when a customer walks up.
Syd: Yeah, I read the online spoilers for the new Harry Potter...
Nenie: Syd. I have a few warnings to burn. If you tell me anything, I will punch you.
Yup, it's magic moment time people. It's kinda weird to have the job I have now that the "biggest book ever" is being released. Being on in on the behind the scenes stuff on the retail end of the publishing industry...Thankfully, I have yet to violate the spirit of my NDA.

Potturday... is that like caturday?
I was working for "Bunns and Noodle" when the last book came out, and it was only slightly less than madness. I hope things go well at your store!

OMG the chick behind me in line at Kroger did EXACTLY the same thing! We were like, "Geek wrath will descend upon you if you read one more word, you doof!" and she was all, "But *I* didn't want to know, and now I do, so I should share!" Dorks.

Yup, totally like Caturday.
Also, yes. Alive, well and on page 316. Gonna spend the rest of my days off this week (Monday) finishing up.
