As Nena said when I stepped off the scale today. "Y'know, maybe we should ACTUALLY do something."
And she's right. I've been overindulging at ATTS, eating a donut every time there's one in front of me. Which, yknow, no way to live. All that coffee, no water...it's been a bad scene.
Ugh.

Free food is the worst, yo. It's hard to say no when it's just sitting there in front of you, waiting to be eaten... You try bringing a Nalgene or something to training? Make the water just as accessible (and free!) as the coffee -- not hard, and it's a start. Plus helps cut down on the caffeine jitters. ;)
Coffee is fine unless you add a bunch of stuff to it. You know, like cream, sugar, donuts...
