OT: CanolaSlightly off-topic thought: "Canola" = "CANadian Oil, Low Acid". So... "Canola oil" = "Canadian oil low acid oil"? Isn't this just like ATM machines and PIN numbers and UPC codes? I guess if the Canola Council of Canada says "canola oil", I should get over it. Still, though, it doesn't feel right—it makes it sound like there's a canola plant out there, ready to be harvested. (There isn't; canola is actually refined rapeseed oil.)
